Basingstoke Town FC Networking Lunch
Next Meeting: Friday 24th February 2012
We aim to bring together our current sponsors and partners as well as attract new ones who would like to use each other’s services and to build links with the local business community in a relaxed yet informative setting.
The Agenda for this event is as follows:
12.00 - 12.45 Registration and open networking including Buffet Lunch
12.45 - 14.30 Structured part of the event
14.30 - 15.00 Optional open networking
During the structured part of the event all guests will be given the opportunity to conduct a one minute presentation on their business to give everybody an idea of what your business does and most importantly the type of customers/clients that you are looking for. There will also be a 10 minute presentation by our guest speaker.
Please bring around 40 business cards with you as these will be collected from you on arrival and included in information packs that that everyone is given as they leave, this will ensure that all those present will have your contact details.
If you would like to have any of your company literature included in the information packs then please speak to us prior to the event so that we can ensure it happens.

Executive Club
Enjoy Match Day Hospitality at the Camrose: A Great Opportunity to Network your Business or a Great Day Out with Family and Friends. Pre-Match Hospitality at each home league game to include a 2-course meal hosted by a football legend(s) from Chelsea. Arsenal, Fulham or Tottenham Hotspur. Seats in the main stand for the game, plus programme. Post match hospitality - meet the manager and directors plus BTFC players in corporate area of the social club. £25.00 per person. Match Sponsor
Match Sponsorship includes match day tickets for six people with entrance into the boardroom with food and drinks provided. There is also the opportunity to pick the man of the match and to have your photo taken presenting the player with the award.* There is also a sponsor’s page in the program, which will allow for both photos and logos along with approx one hundred words. Viewing of the match takes place in the Sponsor’s box within our main grandstand, where you will be accompanied by either one of our directors or commercial manager. Cost of the Match Day sponsor experience is £250 + VAT.
Match Ball Sponsor
Package 1: Matchball Sponsorship includes match day tickets for four people with entrance into the boardroom with food and drinks provided. There is also the opportunity to take away a signed match ball, and a sponsor’s page in the program, which will allow for both photos and logos along with approx fifty words. Viewing of the match takes place in the Sponsor’s box within our main grandstand, where you will be accompanied by either one of our directors or commercial manager. Cost of the Match Day sponsor experience is £150 + VAT.
Package 2: Matchball Sponsorship gives match day ticket for one person with stand transfer included. There is also the opportunity to take away a signed match ball, and to have your name, photo or logo, and up to 50 words included in the match day programme. Cost of this package is £75 + VAT.
Mascot Experience
For all ages the mascot experience is a fun day out. Giving Match Day tickets for Mascot (under 16) plus One accompanying Adult, or Mascot only (over 16). With a tour of the ground and the chance to see “behind the scenes” at the club. With access to the player changing rooms and other areas that are not normally seen by the general public this is a chance not only to be on the pitch but to see the build up to a game. Replica kits are available for when you run out on to the pitch with the team. Also you will have the chance to have your photo taken with the man of the match or the player of your choice.* Cost of the Mascot Experience is £35 + VAT with Replica Shirts available from £29.99.
Matchday Group Bookings

Programme Advertising
Pitch Perimeter Boards
Your board(s) can contain logos, numbers, special offers and any other information that is required to promote your buiness. Pitchside locations are available in two different sizes, 8' x 2' or 16' x 2'.
A 8' x 2' location is available for £500 + VAT for a 12 month deal. This price includes the installation of your board in your preferred available location. A 3 year agreement is available and priced at £1250 + VAT.
A 16' x 2' location is available for £800 + VAT for a 12 month deal. This price includes the installation of your board in your preferred available location. A 3 year agreement is available and priced at £2000 + VAT.
With this package you will receive tickets for you and up to 4 guests to be entertained by Basingstoke Town FC during a league match of your choice.
Banners / Other Boards
