Upon hearing that the game has been confirmed Jason said "I would like to thank the Supporters' Club, with Steve and John in particular, for taking the bull by the horns and arranging this fantastic fixture of Chelsea Old Boys vs Reading Old boys.  I know they have been working on it for some time now and they have already put in a lot of time and effort into organisation.  It is a fantastic fixture and I cant wait to lace my boots one final time to play some part in the game.  We are hoping for it to be a family day with lots of activities going on for kids as well as adults throughout the day so everyone can come along and have a good time.  It will be great to see BTFC players from past and present many have already agreed to come along and mix with the supporters and maybe even have a kick about with them!!"
