The Camrose Clubhouse is open to members & non-members, and not only on match days. Large screen televised games on SKY. Entry Charges may apply for non members: Sunday-Thursday 50p. Friday-Saturday (after 7.00p) £1.00, variable on nights when there is entertainment, when charges will be specified.
Book the function area of the club for a special occasion or event wedding receptions, engagement & birthday parties, funeral receptions, business meetings, sales training, new product launches, company and sports club AGMs. It can also be used for craft sales and other retailing events. Hire on a Friday from just £110 to social club members (£130 for non-members). Hire on a Saturday from just £130 to members (£160 for non-members). Sunday and Weekday bookings available. Also Bar Extensions (conditions and costs apply). £25 deposit required at time of booking, and a refundable £50.00 deposit to cover breakages.

NEW MEMBER’S THAT HAVE JOINED SINCE JANUARY 2011 UP UNTIL MAY 2011, WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 2012 AND NEW 2011 CARDS WILL BE ISSUED IN JUNE.

Important Changes Affecting Your Membership
Please Note: With effect from the 1st February 2010 the Directors have agreed to increase the prices of all alcohol purchased in the clubhouse. However, if you are a holder of a current valid membership card the prices will remain the same as at present. You will only be given the old prices on production of your membership card whilst purchasing your alcohol.
Do not assume that the bar staff know that you are a member. If you do not show your valid membership card you will be charged at the new prices.
All renewals of membership for 2010 must be purchased by the 28th February 2010 to qualify, after this date 2009 membership cards will not be valid and you will be treated as a non member.
These increases do not include any budget or brewery increases that may happen in 2010, which will affect both members and non members pricing.

Basingstoke Town FC Networking Lunch
We aim to bring together our current sponsors and partners as well as attract new ones who would like to use each other’s services and to build links with the local business community in a relaxed yet informative setting.
The Agenda for this event is as follows:
12.00 - 12.45 Registration and open networking including Buffet Lunch
12.45 - 14.30 Structured part of the event
14.30 - 15.00 Optional open networking
During the structured part of the event all guests will be given the opportunity to conduct a one minute presentation on their business to give everybody an idea of what your business does and most importantly the type of customers/clients that you are looking for. There will also be a 10 minute presentation by our guest speaker.
Please bring around 40 business cards with you as these will be collected from you on arrival and included in information packs that that everyone is given as they leave, this will ensure that all those present will have your contact details.
If you would like to have any of your company literature included in the information packs then please speak to us prior to the event so that we can ensure it happens.
